The purpose of the fall retreat is to introduce new GCSC Fellows, interested graduate students, and faculty affiliates to one another and to the Global Change and Sustainability Center. The agenda includes:

• an overview of GCSC resources and opportunities
• discussions about interdisciplinary research interests and graduate training
• a lovely hike in the afternoon
• an opportunity to get your hands dirty doing a restoration project with the Alta Environmental Center
